One person has reportedly died after a cargo ship broke in half at the at a Russian anchorage in the Black Sea.
Reporting indicates the Comoros-flagged Seamark had about 3,000 tons of marble chips in its holds when it broke in two at the Novorossiyak anchorage in Southern Russia.
Eleven crew members were rescued from the vessel, but one reportedly died from injuries and another is in critical condition.
Video filmed from shore shows the vessel with its bow and stern sticking up out of the water in stormy weather.
AIS data indicates that the Seamark arrived at the anchorage on February 15. The latest position according to MarineTraffic.com was received on Tuesday at 1352 LT.
